Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package the Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all tags attached into the shipping box and include your printed return slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
